Last Minute Reschedules: Any rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a $25 fee. Must be paid before rescheduling if schedule permits/ has availability. Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee. No-Shows will be charged a fee of 50% of scheduled service. No Shows result in a ban from booking. New clients : A $30 deposit is required to book your first service. It must be paid within 24 hours of the time of booking - If not completed within the timeline, the appointment will be cancelled. 3 Day Policy : Please let me know if there are any issues occurring with your nails. Fixes will be at no cost if notified within 3 days after your appointment and must be scheduled within 5 days after the original appointment.
